Adoration Home Health is seeking a passionate, dedicated Home Health Branch Operating Manager to join our team inMonroeville, AL.     Supporting onboarding and maintaining employee records
  • Managing purchasing and communication systems
  • Providing general office and administrative support
  • Coordinating with teams on medical records, data entry, and claims
  • Assisting with personnel processes to ensure efficiency across the branch
Responsibilities

As a Home Health Branch Operating Manager, You will:

  • Manage and support administrative and non-clinical operations of the agency
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll and compliance under Branch Director supervision
  • Assist with billing processes to support timely claim submission and minimize denials
  • Participate in internal audits, surveys, and report preparation
  • Maintain contracts, vendor records, and assist with medical records requests
  • Support the Director with audits, licensure reviews, and compliance activities (QAPI, Complaints, EPP, etc.)
  • Ensure all employee documentation and regulatory compliance requirements are met
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals

  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and other stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

  • Understanding of relevant state and federal regulations governing home health care

  • Understanding expense management

  • Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
