  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including engineering, product management, support, and quality assurance-to gather requirements, validate technical accuracy, and ensure documentation aligns with product capabilities and customer needs.
  • Research and track product requirements, technical specifications, defects, and enhancements; proactively synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and actionable documentation.
  • Actively learn and use the products you document to ensure content reflects real-world application, helping drive high-quality, authentic deliverables.
  • Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, aligning deliverables with software, firmware, and hardware release cycles while meeting deadlines and maintaining accountability.
  • Follow established style guidelines, voice standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across all documentation deliverables.
  • Create and maintain visual assets such as screenshots, diagrams, and workflows that enhance understanding and improve the user experience.
  • Prepare and structure documentation for localization, ensuring global accessibility for diverse customer bases.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve documentation processes, tools, and content, contributing innovative ideas that enhance team efficiency and product adoption.
  • Participate in agile workflows, including sprint planning and reviews, ensuring documentation remains aligned with evolving product development.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience creating technical or procedural documentation, with writing samples that reflect clarity, structure, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables while remaining collaborative and responsive to team input.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on inclusive, accessible, and customer-focused language.
  • Proven ability to learn complex technologies quickly and translate technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.
