Job description

Weichert, Realtorsยฎ โ€“ Saxon Clark is seeking motivated, career-minded individuals to join our Johnson City, Tennessee real estate sales team.

This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, solving problems, and developing their own business. We welcome both experienced real estate professionals and individuals who are considering real estate as a new career.

A real estate license is not required at the time of application. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to complete Tennessee's education and licensing requirements before performing licensed real estate activities.

What You'll Do

As a licensed Real Estate Sales Professional, you will:

  • Assist buyers with finding and purchasing residential properties
  • Meet with homeowners interested in selling their properties
  • Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
  • Show homes to prospective buyers
  • Host and participate in open houses
  • Respond to and follow up with company-generated leads
  • Prospect for new buyer and seller opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Use company CRM and technology to manage leads and follow-up
  • Develop knowledge of the Johnson City and Northeast Tennessee real estate market
  • Participate in sales meetings, coaching, and professional training
  • Build a long-term referral and repeat-client business

Compensation

This is a commission-based real estate sales opportunity. Individual earnings vary based on production, experience, effort, market conditions, number and value of completed transactions, and other factors.

Estimated earning potential: $90,000โ€“$200,000 per year.

The stated range represents potential earnings and is not a guaranteed salary.
