Client: MyNavy HR SharePoint Online Development & Configuration
• Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online (M365) sites, hub sites, libraries, lists, pages, and web parts
• Implement standardized site structures, navigation, metadata, and content organization
• Support SharePoint Online site provisioning, redesigns, and content reorganization
• Troubleshoot SharePoint Online performance, access, and usability issues
• Maintain and improve collaboration spaces aligned to enterprise governance standards

Power Platform Automation & Integration
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows (approvals, notifications, routing, lifecycle management)
• Build Power Apps (Canvas) for forms, intake, tracking, and lightweight operational tools
• Integrate SharePoint Online with Power BI dashboards and reporting artifacts as required
• Reduce manual processes through automation while preserving auditability and compliance

• Hands on experience with SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) configuration and administration

• Experience supporting enterprise scale SharePoint Online environments
• Ability to operate in DoD / Federal IT environments
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a mission driven, high tempo environment
