Job Title: Training Facilitator
Job Description

The Training Facilitator will support the onboarding, training, and development of production employees within a manufacturing environment. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring new hires are properly trained on safety procedures, quality standards, manufacturing processes, and equipment operation before working independently on the production floor. The Training Facilitator will deliver both classroom and hands-on training while coaching employees to become productive, safe, and successful team members.

Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding, training, and development of production employees.
  • Ensure new hires are trained on safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing processes.
  • Deliver both classroom and hands-on training sessions.
  • Coach employees to enhance productivity, safety, and success.
  • Facilitate workshops and group learning sessions.
  • Provide training on equipment operation.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in training and coaching within a manufacturing environment.

Pay and Benefits
