Job description

Party People AZ is looking for an experienced Event Tent Installer / Setup Crew Member to join our team full-time.

We are an event rental company that installs tents and provides tables, chairs, staging, lighting, and other rental equipment for weddings, corporate events, festivals, schools, and other events throughout the Phoenix area.

This is a physical, hands-on position. We are specifically looking for someone who has previous experience installing event tents and is comfortable working outdoors, lifting heavy equipment, and working as part of a crew.


What You'll Do

  • Install and take down commercial event tents
  • Load and unload trucks and trailers
  • Set up and break down tables and chairs
  • Install staging and other event equipment
  • Drive stakes and assist with tent anchoring and ballasting
  • Move concrete blocks, tent poles, frames, and other heavy equipment
  • Help prepare and organize equipment at our warehouse
  • Deliver rental equipment to event locations
  • Keep equipment organized and properly loaded
  • Work with the crew to complete setups safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a professional attitude while working at customer and event locations


What We're Looking For

Tent installation experience is required.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience installing commercial/event tents
  • Is comfortable performing physically demanding work
  • Can repeatedly lift and move heavy rental equipment
  • Is dependable and shows up to work on time
  • Can work efficiently as part of a crew
  • Is comfortable working outdoors in Arizona conditions
  • Pays attention to safety and proper installation procedures
  • Can follow instructions and communicate well with crew leads
  • Takes care of company equipment and customer property

Experience with frame tents, pole tents, structure tents, staging, event rentals, construction, landscaping, moving, or similar physical trades is a plus.
