Starting Pay: $16/hour | Growth up to $20/hour

Looking for a Full-Time Job That Keeps You Moving?

If you enjoy working with your hands, staying active, and being part of a team that works together to get things done, Bounce N More is hiring for our 1st Shift Warehouse Team!

We are a growing party and event rental company based in Rowlett, TX, and our warehouse team plays a huge role in making sure every event starts with clean, safe, and properly prepared equipment.

This is a full-time, hands-on position where no two days are exactly the same. You may spend part of your day cleaning and inspecting inflatables, another part loading trailers, and another helping organize equipment and prepare for upcoming orders.

We're looking for people who are ready to work, willing to learn, and want to become a dependable part of the team.

Our Core Values

Everything we do is built around five Core Values:

Accountability • Teamwork • Adaptability • Safety • Service

We want team members who show up ready to work, take pride in what they do, help the people around them, and speak up when something isn't right.

What You'll Do

As a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member, you'll help prepare equipment for upcoming rentals and keep our warehouse operation running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Loading and unloading trailers
  • Cleaning inflatable and party rental equipment
  • Inspecting equipment for cleanliness, damage, and other issues
  • Preparing equipment for upcoming customer orders
  • Organizing equipment and maintaining designated warehouse areas
  • Helping ensure trailers are loaded accurately
  • Moving equipment throughout the warehouse
  • Reporting damaged, missing, or improperly prepared equipment
  • Keeping work areas clean and safe
  • Following company safety procedures and warehouse processes
  • Working with teammates and supervisors to complete daily priorities
  • Assisting with other warehouse responsibilities as needed
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Dependable and punctual
  • Hard-working and self-motivated
  • Positive and team-focused
  • Comfortable staying active throughout the workday
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to learn new processes and equipment
  • Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
  • Comfortable taking accountability for their work
  • Adaptable when priorities change
  • Willing to help teammates when needed
  • Focused on working safely and doing the job correctly

Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

This Is a Physical Job

  • Regularly lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving rental equipment
  • Loading and unloading trailers
  • Cleaning large inflatable equipment
  • Bending, reaching, and performing repetitive physical tasks
  • Working at a steady pace throughout the shift

Proper equipment and team assistance should always be used when moving heavier items.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
8:00 AM–5:00 PM

This is a full-time 1st Shift position.

Our business is seasonal, and there are certain times of the year when our workload increases significantly.

During peak seasons, team members may have opportunities for overtime and may occasionally be required to work:

  • Extended weekday hours
  • Earlier or later shifts
  • Additional weekend days

Dependability and flexibility during our busiest periods are important parts of being successful on the warehouse team.
