You'll create unforgettable birthday and group experiences by leading games, serving food, keeping guests entertained, and ensuring every party runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and engage guests upon arrival with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude. Lead parties and group events, ensuring that the schedule runs smoothly and all guests are having fun. Coordinate activities (games, attractions, and entertainment) based on party packages. Serve food, cake, and beverages in a timely and organized manner. Maintain cleanliness of party areas before, during, and after events. Communicate with parents or group organizers to ensure all needs are met and expectations exceeded. Work with team members (kitchen, attractions, and front desk staff) to deliver a seamless guest experience. Promote safety rules and facility guidelines at all times. Assist with setup and cleanup of party rooms and decorations
Qualifications:
Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable working with children and families.
Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Weekend and holiday availability required.
