Job description

Picker 
parking lot litter picker or litter removal technician) is an outdoor maintenance role focused on removing trash and debris from commercial properties. It is an active, fast-paced job that ensures retail centers, office parks, and industrial sites remain clean and presentable.
 
*Walk the exterior of parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaped beds to pick up trash, bottles, wrappers, cigarette butts, and debris.
*  Conduct visual walk-throughs of the lot and report any property damage, safety hazards, or major maintenance issues to property management 
Requirements & Physical Demands
  • Physical Stamina: Requires frequent walking, standing, bending, and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Weather Tolerance: Ability to work outdoors in a variety of seasonal weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
  • Reliability: Strong time management and the ability to work independently to complete assigned daily routes or property checklists.
  • Tools Used: Handheld trash pickers, safety vests, collection buckets/bags, etc..
Must pass a background check, DOT Physical and a drug test. Please come into the office M-F 8-5:30 to fill out a application in person.
