Job description

Weekend Only Cleaners Needed 

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Area Manager and Operations Team, Cleaners are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment at assigned customer locations. Team members will perform routine janitorial duties while upholding Clean Team's quality standards and customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Follow assigned cleaning schedules and complete all required tasks within designated timeframes
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and responsible manner
  • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages to management
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Ensure assigned facilities meet Clean Team's quality standards
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily responsibilities
  • Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
  • Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance
  • Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable and self-motivated work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required
