Job description

Duties: Types letters, reports and other materials on a personal computer. Must be able to work proficiently in Word, Access, Excel, Google. Work in computer databases required. Answers telephone. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Two year degree in secretarial science or related field OR graduation from high school or equivalency and 2 years clerical experience which shall have involved typing. Excellent phone skills necessary. PC experience - Microsoft Office required. Must be able to track multiple projects. Civil Service position subject to exam.
Location of Position: Oneida City Schools and Canastota Central Schools
Term of Employment: 12 Month Position
Salary: Based on the contract, depending on background and experience
Starting Date: ASAP
