Administrative Assistant t details:
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and support visitors
  • Ability to maintain budget spreadsheets, notifying speaker coordinator of approval, process check requests, and track expenditures.
  • Other duties as assigned

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. associate's degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Strong computer skills Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word and Excel
