Job description

Office Coordinator

Pizza Lucé Management is seeking an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to manage our office environment and provide essential support to our management and accounting teams. This temporary, part-time role acts as the central point of contact for the office, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, administrative workflows are efficient, and professional communication standards are maintained across the organization.

Wage Range: $22 - 25 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30 am - 4:30 pm

Location: Downtown Minneapolis (In Person)

Functions/Responsibility

  • Office Operations & Environment: Act as a custodian of the office space, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and organized environment. You will manage supply inventory, coordinate facility maintenance, and oversee general upkeep to support a productive workspace.
  • Administrative & Financial Support: Provide critical support to management and accounting teams by handling documentation, processing invoices, and assisting with essential clerical tasks.
  • Liaison & Program Coordination: Serve as the primary internal liaison, managing phone and email communications while greeting guests. You will play a key role in coordinating company events including community sponsorships, internal events, and various staff programs, ensuring all details are organized and aligned with company goals.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
