Job description

Temporary Office Worker

Farm Bureau Health Services, a full-service health insurance agency, is seeking a temporary office worker who is interested in working in our Home Office located in Lansing. 20-30 hours per week from August, 2026 to January, 2027.

If you possess basic office skills, answering phones with high call volume, scheduling appointments and accurate keyboarding experience, you may be interested in opportunities with us. Work schedule and hours may vary between Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Preferred: Previous office work with excellent customer service skills. The ability to learn quickly is beneficial, health insurance sales or customer service/salesforce experience preferred.

Hourly Wage: $18.00 based on skillset.
