Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager for our transportation and mobile repair facility in Romulus, MI. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our front office and will involve a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Billing & Invoicing: Manage all aspects of billing, receiving, payables, and invoicing. Work closely with the CFO on billing issues, RGA, credit memos, and invoicing.
  • Front Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Estimates Management: Collaborate with the service writer on creating estimates and ensure timely sending of estimates to customers.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, handling all bookkeeping tasks with precision.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordination: Act as a liaison between the service shop and corporate level, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Strong bookkeeping skills with specific experience in QuickBooks.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office management software.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with the service writer, CFO, and other team members.
Additional Information:
  • This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - $26.00 based on experience.
  • The role is full-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
  • The Office Manager will report directly to Geno or Derrick.
