Job description

We are seeking a highly organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. As an Office Assistant, you will manage administrative tasks efficiently and support various office functions to foster a productive and welcoming workplace. Your exceptional organizational skills will help keep our daily operations running seamlessly.

Duties

  • Perform data entry and maintain an organized filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence using Word, Excel, QuickBooks and other software
  • Support office tasks such as ordering supplies, postage, banking

Requirements

  • REQUIRED: QuickBooks experience
  • Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Quickbooks and productivity software
  • Excellent computer literacy including data entry, file management, and technical proficiency with office equipment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
