Job description

Snelling Staffing is hiring immediately for a 1st shift Groundskeeper for a subsidized apartment complex in Kalamazoo, MI!
Shift time: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
This position is Temp to Hire!
Starting Pay: $17/hour, Interview is required
*Valid Driver's License Required*
Housekeeper/Groundskeeper Job Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting Property Manager and Maintenance staff in the upkeep of property and apartment units
  • Cleaning of apartment units during turnovers
  • Dusting, cleaning, and polishing furniture, floorboards, etc.
  • Applying necessary chemicals and solvents to surfaces in order to easily and effectively remove stain and dirt
  • Complying with all safety policies and procedures that are related to carrying out cleaning tasks
  • Carrying out cleaning duties with the aid of necessary equipment
  • Carefully handling and operating all cleaning machinery according to protocol
  • Picking up trash & various groundskeeping duties
