A well-established property management company is seeking a Office Assistant to support daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured office setting and enjoys interacting with tenants and vendors. You will play a key role in keeping office functions running smoothly while contributing to a team that values professionalism and service. Responsibilities:
  • Answer tenant phone calls and manage general inquiries via email and in person
  • Schedule maintenance appointments, and meetings
  • Maintain accurate records including lease agreements and payment logs
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for repairs and services
  • Maintain organized filing systems for leases, tenant records, and property documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with property management software is a plus
