Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the medical office, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative processes.
  • Team Management: Supervise front office staff and support personnel, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure a high level of patient service and operational efficiency.
  • Patient Experience: Ensure that patients receive a positive and efficient experience, from appointment scheduling and check-in to follow-up and billing.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Oversee appointment scheduling, manage patient calendars, and optimize scheduling to minimize wait times and maximize provider efficiency.
  • Billing and Insurance: Coordinate billing and insurance processes, including verifying patient insurance coverage and resolving billing inquiries.
  • Health Information Management: Maintain and manage patient medical records, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with medical suppliers, ensuring timely procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
