Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include scheduling jobs, receiving and recording invoices, communicating with customers, and responding to emails. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures. A background in construction, specifically plumbing is a huge plus.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain calendar of appointments and jobs
  • Communicate with builders, contractors, and homeowners about scheduling, invoicing, and any other questions they may have.
  • Receive and record invoices (QuickBooks)
  • Effectively and efficiently communicate with guys in the field
  • Order materials
  • Accurately maintain general office budget
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred. Plumbing background ++
  • Own laptop or computer capable of running Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, etc.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
