Location: Pontiac, MI (Hybrid)

Description

  • Client is seeking an experienced SaaS Platform Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on expertise to manage the daily administration, configuration, and support of our Salesforce environment.
  • This role oversees the platform s reliability, security, integration, and performance while providing advanced user support and driving enhancements across departments.
  • The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of Salesforce administration, including configuration, automation, data management, and system integrations, along with strong analytical and communication abilities to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Experience working within Client or local government environments is highly desirable, though not required.
  • Daily work includes managing users and permissions, maintaining reports, building flows and supporting integrations with external systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating closely with technical and business teams to deliver key project outcomes.
  • Success in this role requires proficiency with Salesforce APIs and integration methods, strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to guide users through training and best practices.
  • Preferred candidates will hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Cloud Consultant
