As an Office Administrator, youโ€™ll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, develop your skills, and grow your career in the exciting world of human resources. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the companyโ€™s growth in the region by providing people excellence for the Human Resources team, in the areas of administration and office/facility management.


Your Mission/Job Functions

โ€ข Front facing support - answering phones and greeting visitors and

customers, issuing ID badges.

โ€ข Create personnel forms and other documents, as needed.

โ€ข Company announcements - events and birthdays.

โ€ข Assist the HR Manager and HR Generalist in carrying out

responsibilities for all areas of the North America division.

โ€ข Participating in the hiring process: ordering MVR and background/drug

screens for new hires, processing I-9 forms and E-verify, creating

checklists for on/off-boarding, compiling new hire paperwork and

filing, and ordering business cards.

โ€ข Managing vendors for the facility, ordering supplies, stocking the

kitchen, catering lunches.

โ€ข Maintains the appearance of the facility by tidying up areas.
