Job description

Dykema Gossett PLLC, a leading national law firm celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2026, is recruiting for a Legal Administrative Support Assistant (ASA) in Bloomfield Hills, MI. Under the supervision of the Office Administrator, the ASA will support the Estate Planning and Taxation team of Attorneys, Paralegals and Legal Secretaries by assisting with estate planning documents, complex corporate reports, signing binders, mailings/tax filings, attorney time entry and billing, and opening new matters.

Associate degree or higher preferred. Prior experience working in Estate Planning, Taxation, Probate or related legal practice area is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications is required.
