Job description

The Rochester Center for Behavioral Medicine is a busy, outpatient behavioral health clinic seeking a full-time front office associate.

Responsibilities of the position include (but are not limited to): answering phones, assisting clinicians with administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, prescription refills, checking co-pays, and other related tasks.

Previous medical office experience and familiarity with HIPAA is strongly preferred.

Candidates should be organized, personable, excellent at multi-tasking, and a team player.

This is an in-person position (candidate must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace).
