The Office Manager at Elite Comfort Care is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of the agency to ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery. This role serves as a central point of coordination between caregivers, clients, management, and external agencies, supporting the mission and standards of Elite Comfort Care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate client and caregiver files in accordance with Medicaid, FSSA, EVV, and agency requirements
  • Coordinating caregiver schedules, shift assignments, and timekeeping to ensure alignment with authorized services
  • Monitoring EVV compliance, task documentation, and visit verification to support accurate billing and audit readiness
  • Assisting with Medicaid billing, authorizations, service updates, and claims follow-up
  • Communicating policy updates, documentation requirements, and compliance expectations to caregivers
  • Supporting audits, quality assurance reviews, and internal compliance checks
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for caregivers and clients regarding administrative and operational matters
  • Maintaining office organization, confidentiality, and professional standards at all times
