Job description

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! We are a busy Waterproofing company seeking energetic and friendly office help in South Orange County. You will perform clerical and administrative functions to assist in daily business operations. You will work directly under the owners of the company, learning truck and routing logistics, speaking directly with customers and contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and assist customer calls, taking job orders and handling questions
  • Scheduling and routing work trucks
  • Input and maintain data in Quickbooks
  • Assist in billing and A/P
  • Entering data into computer systems
  • Organize filing systems
  • Other office support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • โ€‹Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Must be available FULL TIME 8am -5pm
