Job description

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Office Assistant / Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team.

This position will be an important part of our day-to-day operations and will often be the first point of contact for our customers. We are looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and is comfortable handling multiple tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments
  • Learn and use our company scheduling/service software
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointments and scheduling
  • Assist with permits and scheduling inspections
  • Help coordinate daily schedules with field staff
  • Perform basic data entry and office administrative tasks
  • Greet and assist customers or visitors who come into the office
  • Help maintain customer records and job information
  • Assist management with additional day-to-day office tasks as needed
