We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management

· Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

· Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars

· Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries and directing requests appropriately

· Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders as needed

· Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents

· Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems

· Support special projects and team initiatives as assigned

· Ensure the office environment remains organized and professional

Requirements

Qualifications

· Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university (preferred for intern role)

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
