Job description


Role Description We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role provides support to our managers and employees, assists with daily office needs, and manages general administrative activities for the company. Responsibilities include preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel and standard office equipment. Previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant, along with familiarity in the construction industry, is a plus.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage daily office tasks, records, and documentation efficiently.
  • Candidates should possess effective Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities to support leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and basic reporting.
  • Candidates should have proficiency with office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and basic data entry skills. Microsoft Office experience preferred.
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills.
