Job description

Mason Meals is seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will handle a variety of clerical tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office and contribute to overall organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties including answering phones, filing, and managing correspondence
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally
  • Coordinate communication between departments as needed

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
