Guardian Garage Floors is an established and rapidly growing company looking for full-time Office Assistant. Competitive pay! Growth opportunities.

Overview & Qualifications:

Guardian Garage Floors is looking to hire an Office Assistant. Excellent customer service and computer skills are a requirement. It is essential to be able to multitask and self manage. Applicants have to have the ability to enter data into the computer while talking to potential customers. Excellent problem solving and follow-through skills are also required. Must be a self starter and work independently with little guidance.

Competitive pay with pay increases based on performance, ability, and skill-set.

  • $18-$22 hr.

Job Tasks:

Answer inbound phone calls.

Make outbound phone calls.

Schedule appointments.

Manage calendar.

Data entry.

Create job folders.

Confirm installation appointments.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
