What we need

We are looking for an office assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily office operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, hard-working, and professional with the ability to undertake a variety of office support tasks.

What you will do

· Answer and direct phone calls appropriately

· Greet visitors and applicants

· Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner

· Monitor office supplies, maintain inventory, and place orders as necessary

· Organize and assist office staff in ways that optimize procedures

· Coordinate pickup and delivery of express mail services

Skills you already have

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Working knowledge of office equipment

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer knowledge

· At least one year of office assistant experience
