Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations within a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones, customers and clients professionally.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for testing records, certifications, and customer documentation.
  • Maintain office supplies and general office organization.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, training sessions, inspections, and customer visits.
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee administrative support.
  • Support general office operations and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-4 years of administrative, office coordination, project support, or customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with:
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • PDF editing software
    • File management systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional customer service and phone etiquette.
