Job Title: Office Administration AssistantJob Description

The Office Administration Assistant supports the team by organizing files, performing accurate data entry, and providing general administrative and clerical assistance during a major internal project focused on improving processes and documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Organize physical and digital files to support a comprehensive file clean-up initiative.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems and databases.
  • Assist team members with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Maintain orderly records and documentation to ensure information is easy to locate and up to date.
  • Support ongoing project activities by preparing, updating, and tracking relevant documents.
  • Communicate clearly with team members to understand priorities and align administrative support with project needs.
Essential Skills
  • Proven administrative support experience in an office environment.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage files and documentation effectively.
