Job description

The Office Admin will oversee the administrative, financial, and operational support functions for commercial parking facilities, ensuring efficient daily operations, high customer service standards, and compliance with all company and client contractual policies.

Duties include:

  • Handling revenue collection, preparing deposits, and possessing Accounts Receivables.

  • Assisting with on-call staff scheduling.

  • Ensuring high standards of customer service, resolving customer complaints, and managing permit sales or citation appeals.

  • Managing inventory for supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards..

  • Maintaining accurate records, processing necessary paperwork, and ensuring all operations comply with client contractual standards and company policies.

  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Assist with managing parking technology systems, such as automated payment machines, access control systems, and inventory management software, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
