  • Location: SAP - 135 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107 Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. With occasional overtime. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Hospitality, client-facing, and Microsoft Office experience required.

Job Summary
Summary: Primary front desk responsibility, including answering telephones, typing, word processing, office machine operation and filing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answers telephones and directs calls.
  • Welcomes all guests and visitors upon building entry.
  • Adheres to client security protocols and work as a partner to ensure they are being followed.
  • Helps with food and beverage program.
  • Submits maintenance requests.
  • Package tracking.
  • Compiles, copies, sorts and files records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.
  • Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
  • Types, formats, proofreads and edits correspondence, reports and other documents.
  • Reviews files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
  • Computes, records and proofreads data and other information.
  • Maintains and updates filing, inventory, mailing and database systems.
  • Communicates with customers, employees and others to answer questions; disseminates or explains information; takes orders and addresses complaints.
  • Troubleshoots problems involving office equipment.
  • Conference room booking.
  • Responsible for the visitor management system.
  • Cross-trains with other roles to assist as back up when needed (ex. events set up, beverage restock).
  • Works OT ocassionaly to suppor after hour event registration.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
