Reports To:          Director of OEM Sales

Are you a driven sales professional ready to make an impact? Medeco, a leader in high-security locking solutions and part of ASSA ABLOY, is searching for a Regional OEM Sales Manager to spearhead growth in OEM and industrial markets across a defined U.S. region. This is your opportunity to join a trusted brand, work with innovative products, and build lasting relationships with industry leaders.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Growth: Proactively develop new OEM and industrial accounts while expanding relationships with existing partners and service centers.
  • Lead Business Development: Identify market opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Product Management, and other functional groups to deliver strategic solutions.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor competitive activity and customer needs to keep Medeco at the forefront of the high security industry.
  • Represent Medeco: Participate in trade shows and marketing events to showcase our products and strengthen our brand presence.
  • Be the Connector: Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project success.

What We're Looking For

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (required).
  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to prospect, hunt, develop new business, and close deals in a competitive environment.
  • Track Record of Success: Consistently meets or exceeds quotas; thrives on performance metrics.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with mechanical concepts and tools like CRM systems, laptops, and IoT-enabled solutions.
  • High-Energy & Resilient: Self-directed, disciplined, and motivated to succeed in fast-paced environments.
  • Preferred: The most qualified candidates will have industry experience with security hardware, industrial products, or keying systems.
  • Travel: Positions available for Eastern and Western US regions; candidate must be located in, or willing to relocate to, a major hub city within the assigned region. This role requires 50% - 70% travel domestically.
