Job description

ZeroFox is seeking a Sr. OEM Manager to lead and expand our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partnerships. This role is instrumental in driving strategic alliances with technology partners, managing OEM agreements, and ensuring successful integration and go-to-market execution of ZeroFox solutions with OEM partners. The Sr. OEM Manager will work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and technical teams to maximize the value and reach of ZeroFox offerings within the OEM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive OEM partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance product adoption
  • Manage end-to-end OEM relationships, including contract negotiations, business planning, and joint go-to-market activities
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and OEM partners to ensure seamless product integration and alignment of technical and sales efforts
  • Identify and cultivate new OEM partnership opportunities to expand ZeroFox's market presence
  • Monitor market trends and competitor OEM programs to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to enable OEM partners with necessary training, resources, and support to achieve partnership goals
  • Track and report on key metrics related to OEM partnership performance and revenue impact
  • Serve as the primary liaison between ZeroFox and OEM partners, ensuring both sides’ objectives are met and sustained long-term partnerships are developed
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in OEM management, partner management, or business development in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling OEM or channel partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at various organizational levels.
  • Experience in contract negotiation, business planning, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Technical understanding of cybersecurity solutions, SaaS platforms, or related technologies preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable partnership strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support partner engagements and business development activities.
