Job Summary:
Lead sales and business development for data center infrastructure manufacturing, focusing on OEM partnerships, hyperscalers, and critical infrastructure providers across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow OEM and data center customer relationships
  • Win large-scale manufacturing programs and long-term contracts
  • Build relationships with procurement, engineering, and operations leaders
  • Lead pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Coordinate customer needs with engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Identify new business and market expansion opportunities

Ideal Candidate:
  • 10-20+ years of sales or strategic account experience
  • Direct data center infrastructure sales experience required
  • Strong OEM manufacturing sales background
  • Existing relationships with OEMs, hyperscalers, or infrastructure providers preferred
  • Experience with sheet metal, welding, electrical infrastructure, or electromechanical manufacturing is a plus
  • Proven success winning large OEM production programs
  • Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills

Important: Candidates must have direct data center and OEM manufacturing sales experience.
