A relationship-driven technical sales position serving many of the world's leading boat manufacturers.

For more than 40 years, Teak Isle Manufacturing has partnered with many of the world's leading boat builders to design and manufacture innovative OEM components and assemblies. The Opportunity

This position combines business development, account management, technical sales, and project coordination. You'll become a trusted partner to OEM customers, working with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and executive teams to develop new products, solve manufacturing challenges, and bring innovative ideas to market.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing OEM accounts while developing new business opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers.
  • Work with customers from concept through prototype development and production.
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate projects with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Service.
  • Represent Teak Isle during customer visits and industry trade shows.

  • Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude with an interest in manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, manufacturing, or the marine industry.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple customer projects.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings preferred; CAD experience is a plus.
  • Marine industry experience or a passion for boating is highly valued.
