  • Prepare and issue product quotations, respond to RFQs, and support pricing strategy and profitability objectives.
  • Coordinate customer complaint resolution activities by partnering with service, repair, quality, and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Analyze customer purchasing patterns and market trends to support account development and growth initiatives.
  • Support product lifecycle activities by communicating product improvements, quality changes, and obsolescence notifications to stakeholders.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to provide technical support, strengthen business relationships, and identify opportunities for growth.

What do we expect from you?
You:

  • Possess at least 3 years of customer-facing experience in technical sales, customer support, process instrumentation, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of industrial instrumentation, process automation, or analytical measurement technologies.
  • Have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications and business systems such as SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), and SharePoint.
