NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic People & Organization / OCM Consulting Senior Manager to delight our clients and help build a successful People & Organization
consulting Practice. As a Senior Leader in this practice, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions:
Client contributions:
Be an expert, senior advisor to global clients embarking on a change initiative.
Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.
Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities.
Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates.
Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach.
Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.
Internal practice contributions:
Coach, manage, and mentor consulting talent at various levels to high-performance / high results.
Support leaders in business development in the form of solution design, client proposals, budget forecasting and management, engagement planning and resourcing.
Build internal network and partnerships for business expansion opportunities and career growth.
Engage in hiring process including evaluating potential candidates and interviewing.
Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates.
Required Qualifications:
You have a bachelor''s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
You have 5 years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience where you contributed to growing a practice, partnered with sales and account teams, and developed advisory level client relationships. You developed pricing estimates and presentations that drove business development efforts.
You have 5 years of experience leading successful medium to complex organizational change management engagements
You have 2 or more years'' experience building, leading, coaching, and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 20 members.
You have Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification.
You have the ability to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Skills:
You have 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; Configured Platforms (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) implementations.
You have impressive communication skills. You have the ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.
You are a team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do " attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.

The ideal mindset of a Management Consultant involves a blend of strategic thinking, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills. This mindset enables us to deliver high value solutions, build strong client relationships, and lead teams effectively in a constantly changing business environment.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate''s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
