Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a OCM Analyst - ES in Phoenix, AZ.
Key Tasks:
* Own updates to communications & engagement plan
* Draft and send communications, including 30-day outlooks
* Develop and manage distribution lists
* Support OTC Monthly Newsletter
* Coordinate communications and engagement logistics for SIT, UAT NA, and UAT Field
* Analyze survey feedback and translate into actionable change/training plans
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience running a Change Champion Network
* Oracle or other application experience (Salesforce, Workday, Reporting tools)
* Project Management experience
* Experience in both Corporate and Field environments
* Testing event support experience
* SharePoint experience
* Proven track record in Change Management
* Order to Cash knowledge
* Familiarity with AI tools
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Hands-on approach: writing comms, creating presentations, tracking plans
* Self-starter with ability to lead and own responsibilities
* Ability to analyze metrics (readiness, adoption, training effectiveness)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
