The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead enterprise and program level change initiatives supporting business and technology transformation. This role focuses on driving adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working, with a strong preference for experience in utilities, infrastructure, or OT enabled environments.  The ideal candidate brings deep consulting experience, executive level presence, and the ability to translate complex technical change into practical, people focused outcomes. Willingness to travel approximately 25% based on client need.

The OCM team is a consulting-led group of experienced practitioners who partner with clients to drive successful adoption of complex business and technology transformations.  The team brings deep expertise across change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and leadership/organizational effectiveness, helping organizations align people, processes, and technology to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Operating as a growing center of excellence, the team drives thought leadership while evolving reusable offerings, standards, and capability that strengthen practice maturity and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory & Practice Leadership

  • Business-minded OCM Sr Consultant who scales practice impact by growing revenue, evolving offerings, and building reusable GTM/delivery assets that improve consistency and speed to win.
  • Drives practice expansion by bringing thought leadership that strengthens change management maturity within the team and across the organization.
  • Serves as an OCM advocate on cross-functional pursuit teams, helping identify client needs, shape the change narrative, and optimize an integrated solution that improves win probability and pull-through.

Proposal and GTM collateral

  • Leads the development of OCM proposal content, defining the change strategy, scope and value proposition to support winning pursuits.
  • Partners as a solution advocate on cross-functional proposal teams, integrating OCM into broader business and technical solutions to strengthen differentiation and win probability.
  • Builds and matures the offering by creating reusable go-to-market and delivery assets (e.g., proposal language, collateral, toolkits/accelerators) that improve consistency, scalability, and speed to market.

Change Strategy & Execution

  • Leads client delivery with executive presence - designing and executing change strategies (impact/readiness, engagement and communications, training, and adoption measurement) that align to business outcomes and sustainable adoption.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • 7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment
  • All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of consulting experience with a focus on organizational change. 
  • Experience supporting utilities, infrastructure, asset intensive organizations, or OT driven transformations. 
  • Familiarity with OT systems such as AMI/CIS, ADMS, DERMS. 

Preferred Location: Houston, Texas or Orlando, Florida

Certifications

Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent preferred.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
