Job description

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support IT projects and enterprise transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead OCM workstreams, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure successful adoption of new technologies, systems, and business processes across enterprise projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading OCM workstreams for enterprise IT projects and coordinating with project teams and stakeholders
  • Managing OCM activities including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning
  • Developing and reviewing OCM deliverables such as change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, resistance management plans, and sustainment strategies
  • Supporting enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives, software development, and digital transformation projects
  • Tracking project milestones, risks, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations related to OCM activities
  • Facilitating workshops, meetings, presentations, and implementation activities
  • Collaborating with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to align change strategies with project goals
  • Ensuring all OCM deliverables meet quality standards, project expectations, and acceptance criteria


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Organizational Change Management and enterprise IT projects
  • Knowledge of PMBOK principles, project management methodologies, and analytical practices
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training development
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, program development, and project coordination
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and cross-functional teams


Experience Level:

  • 35 years of business/industry experience
  • 13 years of project leadership and/or change management experience
