Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and at least 3 years of experience using CargoWise software. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient export of goods, maintaining compliance with international regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the export process from start to finish.
  • Prepare and process export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Utilize CargoWise software to manage shipments, track inventory, and generate reports.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
