  • Support and coordinate our Price Agreements in our ERP system to ensure we have an updated database of automatic price and a limited use of specific journal entries.

  • Act as the vital connection between the Sales Team, CSR, and Supply Team regarding key requests: stock levels, lead-times, etc.

  • Maintain and update our contact database in our CRM and Sample Requests coming from ULprospector/Seppic website/ etc.

  • Help to coordinate the treatment and alignment of our Customer complaints through our Quality Platform (Qualnet).

  • Support the team when Sales is visiting or speaking to customers by advocating for Beauty Care Specialty Ingredients at different levels (R&D, Procurement, Marketing, etc.) while working in close collaboration with marketing and application teams.

  • Grow and nurture accounts to contribute to the development of sales revenue.

    • Sales minded and/or relevant technical experience.

    • Skilled in fostering multi-level relationships with customers.

    • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on team-oriented collaboration across multiple interfaces.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (Osmosis AX).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Preferred education or experience: Bachelor Degree in chemistry, biology or related field.
