What You’ll Do

• Assist with identifying and developing new business opportunities.

• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Research prospective customers and identify potential applications for our products.

• Assist with maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.

• Support senior sales team members with customer inquiries, quotations, samples, and follow-ups.

• Learn our product portfolio and develop an understanding of the industries and applications we serve.

• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information within our CRM.

• Assist with preparing quotations and other sales-related materials.

• Participate in customer meetings, supplier meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

• Take on increasing responsibility for customer accounts and sales opportunities as your knowledge and experience grow

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional experience; sales, customer service, business development, or a related background is a plus but not required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and web-based systems.

• Ability and willingness to learn CRM software and sales tools.

• Ability to learn technical product information and communicate it clearly to customers.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel periodically.

• Previous B2B sales, customer service, laboratory, manufacturing, distribution, or industry experience is a plus.
