About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining ACA sales execution with operational and carrier-facing responsibilities.
 
You will work warm, referral-driven opportunities while also helping build and improve ACA processes, carrier interactions, and internal workflows as the division grows.
 
What You’ll Do 
ACA Sales & Client Support 
  • Advise and enroll clients into ACA marketplace plans based on eligibility and needs
  • Work primarily with spouses and dependents of Medicare clients
  • Explain subsidies, SEP/OE rules, and coverage options clearly
  • Maintain strong close rates with warm, high-intent opportunities
Carrier & Operational Support 
  • Assist with carrier onboarding, contracting, and appointment processes
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and carrier support channels
  • Help resolve escalations, application issues, and complex enrollment scenarios
  • Support agents with carrier-related questions and troubleshooting
Process & Growth Contribution 
  • Help build and refine ACA workflows, scripts, and best practices
  • Contribute to scaling the ACA function from the ground up
  • Assist with onboarding and training as the team grows
Who We’re Looking For
Required 
  • Active Florida 2-15 License
  • Strong ACA knowledge (eligibility, SEP/OE, subsidies)
  • Experience enrolling ACA plans and working with marketplace platforms
  • Exposure to carrier interaction (support, contracting, or issue resolution)
Preferred 
  • Experience assisting with carrier onboarding or agent contracting
  • Background in ACA operations, broker support, or team lead functions
  • Experience helping build or improve processes within a team
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, build-as-we-go environment
