To thrive as an ACA Sales Representative, you need strong knowledge of health insurance products, especially Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans, as well as a valid health insurance license. They often assist clients in evaluating plan benefits, understanding subsidies, and ensuring compliance with ACA regulations. ACA sales agents may work for insurance companies, brokers, or as independent agents. Their main goal is to help people access affordable and comprehensive health coverage.
