Northcrest Rehab and Nursing Center in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team!

Position Summary:

As a Northcrest RN, you will be responsible for overseeing resident care, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Essential Functions:
  • Oversee and provide direct nursing care to residents

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team

  • Supervise and support CNAs/STNAs

  • Ensure compliance with care plans and regulations

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Promote and protect resident rights

  • Follow all facility policies and procedures

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule Requirements:

PRN team members must have flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on facility needs.

Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in the state of Ohio
