  • Cultivation & Harvest: Perform farm or nursery labor, including planting, defoliation, and harvesting.
  • Post-Harvest Operations: Execute hand trimming, packaging, and related processing tasks.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Adhere to strict cleaning protocols and operational guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a dependable presence, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and care.

  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to various client cultivation and processing worksites as work opportunities in your territory arise.
  • Ability to perform physical labor: standing for long periods, repetitive hand/wrist movements, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliability: Professional, punctual and committed to delivering quality work in a "gig work" environment.
  • Environmental Comfort: Comfortable working in indoor/outdoor environments with strong odors and varying temperatures and weather.
  • On-Demand Shift Opportunities: Comfortable with "gig work" for our on demand staffing needs.

About Trimmr LLC
Trimmr is an on-demand resource platform purpose-built for the regulated cannabis industry. We bridge the gap between motivated talent and licensed operators by providing compliant workforce solutions and operational support.
Commitment to Equity: Trimmr is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by cannabis prohibition. We are committed to providing apprenticeship opportunities to ensure that those disproportionately impacted by past legislation have a seat at the table in the legal market.
