Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Wash Plant Foreman to oversee operations at our coal wash plant during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining equipment efficiency, and leading a team to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all activities of the wash plant during the night shift to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet daily production targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Lead, train, and motivate plant personnel to maintain high performance and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and plant facilities to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs.

  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational problems.

Qualifications amp; Skills
